How would that feel?
But now, I can confidently say that it is!
I almost can’t believe I’ve reached a point in my life where I truly feel gratitude, joy & love in life.
Why? Because it hasn’t always been that way. I used to battle depression, anxiety, addictions, people-pleasing, being ”too” sensitive, and my ADD brain. I was in constant search of what was wrong with me, running further and further away from myself.
And trying to fill the empty void inside me by fitting in,
I was also relying on medication while searching for love in the wrong places. I just wanted to be seen and loved for who I am, but instead, I felt alone and suffered. This led to burnout, and I struggled to find the point of living. But thankfully, that was not the end of my story!
The suffering doesn’t last forever, I promise!
Through many trials and errors, I learned to live life authentically, heal emotionally, align my mindset, trust the divine process of life and my intuition, and have faith through life’s pain and trials.
I have transformed into someone barely recognizable, so how can I keep my experiences to myself?
It’s my life’s mission to empower others to reclaim their authenticity, uncover their purpose, and feel seen and loved for who they truly are.
Today, I am a Certified NLP Trainer and Suggestion Therapist.
I have also studied courses in hypnotherapy, intuition, spirituality, and personal growth to deepen my understanding and enhance my skills.
It all begins with an awareness of why we unconsciously started to change ourselves in the first place ⬇️
However, it may be hidden and suppressed by the fears and destructive programming we have created or downloaded throughout our upbringing.
Do you remember yourself as a kid, having your heart open to the world, playing and creating freely? As children, we were our true selves, but then something changed…
Until this point, we just assumed we were worthy of love, food, and affection, but an emotional or physical event occurred, and suddenly, we needed our critical mind. Our ego got activated, pushing us to adapt for survival—to be more liked and to exist in a safer environment
Yes, our minds do not differentiate between pain coming from, for example, shame and pain coming from burning ourselves on fire; all pain is a threat to our survival.
Your conscious mind controls about 5% of your life, while your subconscious mind, which stores all your programs and automatic behaviors, manages approximately 95%. This is why it’s essential to reprogram this part of your mind and embody what you know with your intellect if you want new thoughts, habits, and a new reality!
You’ll start to be yourself without triggering your survival instincts as before. You create new pathways in your brain and transform your life.
I strongly believe that every single person has unique gifts that both you and the world need. Embracing these gifts adds value to your surroundings and to yourself. When you accept who you truly are, you walk with meaning and purpose, which are the core foundations of joy and happiness.
If we only pursue pleasant feelings, we will struggle when life brings turbulent storms. A sense of purpose empowers us to navigate these challenges and strengthens us. Suffering isn’t inherently bad; after all, you embrace pain at the gym, right? Yet, being trapped in that suffering is what makes it destructive.
Don’t confine yourself to the prison of limiting beliefs—I’ll guide you to the other side, where light and relief await, along with the wisdom that will enhance your resilience and purpose.

The death of my beloved father
Losing my father to cancer at the age of 65 gave me a new perspective on life. I now view life from the lens of my 80-year-old self: How can I make her proud and have no regrets? This shift in focus helps me live fully and make authentic decisions, even when they are tough.
A mindshift
For me, it’s not about going out for fancy dinners every day or living spontaneously; it’s about living courageously and with purpose. It’s about matter to others and to be the highest good in my capacity and let my heart take the driver’s seat, not my fears.
